Short, because there is not much to agree to. There are no accounts, nothing to sign up for, nothing to submit and nothing to buy here. Reading the site is the whole relationship.

The information comes with no warranty

Release dates move, prices change, products are cancelled, and publishers edit their own headlines after we have linked to them. Everything here is offered as-is and may be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters against the source before acting on it — that is what the links are for. If you find an error, the editorial policy explains how to get it fixed.

Links out are not endorsements

Most of this site is links to other people's pages. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for what they contain, and linking to one is not an endorsement of it. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.

What belongs to whom

Headlines, publication names and logos belong to the publishers and makers they came from, and appear here for identification and reference. If you are one of them and want your material gone, the editorial policy says how — it is applied promptly and without argument.

The parts written here — the editorial notes, the release records and the verdicts drawn from them, the buying-guide and desk copy, and the selection and arrangement of the whole — are ours. Quote them with attribution and a link, as we do with everyone else. Wholesale copying or automated republication of the site is not permitted.

Availability

The site is published as a service, not under an uptime commitment. It may be unavailable, change, or stop being published at any time.
